Advanced DISC Trainer Certification
The Advanced DISC Trainer Certification combines the convenience and flexibility of the online classroom and the confidence and credibility of the DISC Certification. In order to receive your certification, you must complete all work in the online platform and participate in three 60-minute,web-ex trainings (scheduled at your convenience)
The Online Platform: Everything DiSC® Essentials
Everything DiSC Essentials gives you the foundations of DISC and an overview of all the Everything DiSC products and assessments. This allows you to facilitate whichever product that suites your needs. This is a self-directed course which contains 2-3 hours of online activities. You will have access to the course through the Everything DiSC Training Center. You complete all coursework at your own pace.
You will learn:
- How to use all Everything DiSC profiles and their applications in the workplace
- How to respond to the most commonly asked questions about DiSC
Program Components
- Online access to engaging interactive learning activities
- Entirely independent, self-paced learning
- Optional Kick-off webinar occurs Fridays to tour the online Training Center and ask questions about the course.
Virtual Training: Web-Ex training
Once you have completed the Everything DiSC Essentials course, you will schedule your three 60-minute web-ex trainings, at your convenience.
You will:
- Learn how to market the Everything DiSC suite of products
- Identify your first client and discuss strategies to market to them
- Answer any questions that may arise from the online classroom
Upon completion, you will receive:
- FREE EPIC account ($175 value)
- Your personalized Everything DiSC Workplace, Work of Leaders, Management, Sales, Agile EQ and Productive Conflict assessments
- Everything DiSC Manual
- Receive the credential of Advanced DISC Certified Trainer upon successful completion of the course.
