Overview of the "S" style
Peace and harmony is what they strive for in the home and in the workplace. In order to obtain it, the "S" style will avoid conflict and becomes a "People Pleaser" It's difficult for them to say "no", if they feel that you really need their help. It can get to the point where they are self-sacrificing. They don't like to upset the status quo, and they will get assurance from others before making a decision. They are loyal employees, friends, and mate; and they will expect the same in others. They are great listeners, and must be encouraged to share their opinions. They don't handle change easily and should be given as much notice as possible if the change will effect them, as well as others.
