The "i" style person is easily recognized by their high energy. They're the type usually described as 'never knowing a stranger". They can strike up a conversation just standing in line at Walmart and you would think they were best-buds. High energy, persuasive and always the cheerleader of the group! 
To Adapt to the "i" Style
  • Give them time to socialize and talk.
  • When giving instructions, summarize the details IN WRITING  
  • Approach them with the positive message first before giving the bad news
  • Be interested in THEM; don't shoot down their ideas too quickly
  • Encourage them through the completion of a task
  • Get excited about their dreams too!
